Please read carefully before confirming your reservation.

On behalf of yacht owners,operators and travel providers we make all travel and charter arrangements.After paying the deposit you accept having read the terms and conditions.These form the contract between us.

Booking a yacht will be under the standart terms of the company we’ve worked with booking your holiday.We will send you the details with your information invoice.The contract will be governed by Turkish law.We are going to do the best we can to notify you of any changes on price or other arrangements-should there be any-before you travel.


Yacht Charter;Differing from company to company,between %30 and %50 of the charter fee (excluding security deposit) will be needed at the time of booking.Payments in bank transfer,Switch,Delta,cheque,Mastercard and Visa are accepted.2 months before departure the balance payments are due.We reserve the right to cancel the booking if balance is not paid before due date which means you will lose the deposit.Paying the full amount immediately will be better if you book within two months of departure.After receiving the balance payment,we will send you your documents.With crewed yachts or gulets %50 may be paid on booking and the %50 balance 2 months before departure.


Every gulet yacht charter will ask for a security deposit payment which shows the limit of your liability should there be an accidental loss or damage to the yacht or its parts or to a third party.It will be given back at the end of your holiday,less any deductions.In some locations you may opt instead too insure the security deposit,with a non-refundable Premium or damage waiver.This amount differs accordind to the size of the boat and the location,and will be discussed on enquiry or confirmed on booking.

You will be responsible for all damage or loss that is caused by acts of unacceptable negligence,damage caused willingly,night sailing,sailing under the influence of alcohol or drugs,touching ground or failing to obey directions given by company members.In some locations loss of dinghy or other equipment is not covered.


Some costs may change before the start of your vacation;for example,a great portion of your flight cost may change according to the price of aviation fuel and the fuel is priced on US Dollars.Should there be any changes you will be notified on booking.


For gulet charters,the skipper must be fully competent in taking charge of a resembling size,with convenient knowledge of seamanship,and on larger yachts at least one crew member should have some experience of sailing on a similar yacht.Please talk it over wih us if you have any questions or doubts,we my help you to find an experienced skipper for some or all of your holiday.In some countries the skipper is required to have certification or a sailing licence such as RYA International Certificate for Competence.At least one crew member is to have a VHF Radio Operator Licence.Please keep all your certificates with you at all times of sailing.


When you have booked the holiday,you notify that you understand the risks of a sailing holiday and it is your decision to take part in this activity.During the holiday,your skipper will be responsible fort he yacht and its crew.


We make the following statement according to CAA requirements and our AOL Licence;on booking you will be notified a flight inclusive package of the airline,aircraft type and destination airport and further changes will not entitle you to cancel without penalty.Changes in flight timing,airlines or aircraft may change after your booking is confirmed.Any flight time on any kind of paperwork cannot be guaranteed.We are not responsible for any delay to happen.All kinds of compensation or arrangements according to the delay will be taken care of by the airline.On boarding if the airline captain denies to board you on the aircraft we will not be responsible to make any arrangements or to refund any money.


Should there be a necessary cancellation,you are to notify us in writing as soon as possible,The changes that are going to be applied from the date we recieve your notification are;

More than 8 weeks before departure-Insurance Premium and deposit

Between 4 and 8 weeks before departure-Insurance Premium and %60 of the holiday price

Between 2 and 4 weeks before departure-Insurance Premium and %85 of the holiday price

Less than 2 weeks before departure-Insurance Premium and %100 of the holiday price

In case you want to make changes after the booking is complete,we are going to do our best to make everything smooth for you but w emay exclude extra charges.


Wr try to do the best we can to bring you all the contracted facilities but sometimes we might have to make changes to your holiday arrangements.We will get in touch with you as soon as possible to decide on other alternatives.If we fail to come up with a suitable alternative or the change is about something we dont have control over,cancellation of the holiday might be necessary.Should something like this happens,we will returm in all amount paid by you,except insurance.


We will take complete responsibility of any faults caused on our part if any part of your holiday is not as promised or not at suitable standarts.We are also responsible for our employees,agents,suppliers and sub-contractors and all the above’s acts.

But if the fault is caused by you or any other member of your party,we will not take any responsibility.Our liability is limited in line with the Warsaw Conventionwhere the services are provided by air or sea.


Every member of the party must have holiday insurance to cover personal accidents;medical and other expenses,loss of deposit,cancellation,loss of baggage or personal belongings,loss of personal Money or passport,personal liability and legal expenses.Please make sure that your policy provides the adequate details.Non UK residents should have insurance in their home countries.For UK residents Bishop Skinner is the company we recommend.


Please make sure that you have all necessary documents for your holiday including passports and visas.


The yacht will be delivered to you fully equipped at the start of your holiday as decribed.The necessary things that need to be done such as the time to demonstrate the boat and the formalities by the Port and Customs Authorities are part of the agreed charter time.You will be able to use the yacht for free after signing the Take Over Form.To make sure that the yacht is in good condition to sail,you can inspect her and her gear.When you sign the Take Over Form,you are responsible fort he yacht and all of her parts.And you will have no right to claim any kind of loss caused by any accident or failure of any part of the yacht.however an acceptance of this kind does not put you under the responsibility of the failures,damages,loss,or expenses due to normal wear and tear or defects which are agreed on the Take Over Form.We will hand you the yacht fully fuelled and you are to return it the same.

If we fail to hand over the yacht or a suitable substitute at the agreed time,we will provide you with the hotel accomodation(excluding food) until you board on the yacht.

If the engine or other important equipment fail to work,if any important item is lost or stolen,or any kind of problem rises,you must contact the Base as soon as possible.At appropriate places,base staff will come and repair or replace the broken item.That is only if the base is at a reasonable reach.For repairs that are not handled with our staff ,please do not forget to collect receipts.The Base Manager will pay you the total amount of the costs if they are not caused by you or your party.You will be offered another yacht or offered to accomodate in a hotel(excluding food) or a refund of the proportion of the charter not used,if the repair takes more than 48 hours.If the yacht is returned late at the end of your holiday,you will have to pay a penalty charge and all recovery costs.We are not going to provide an alternative on any return flights.

The yachts are insured against loss or damage and for up to £2.000.000 against any damage or injury to any third party,except that you will be liable to the extent of your security deposit.If the dinghy or any other item is stolen or lost,please report it to the base staff and the police and they will fill out a report for you.

Cruising rules may differ from base to base.The manager will inform you about ant restrictions because in some locations it might be necessary to place a crew on board fort he safety of the yacht and its occupants.A daily amount will be charged fort he crew.

“Night sailing is forbidden under any circumstances.”

You must accept full responsibility of yourself and all members of your party.If a client requests to follow the instructions of a member of staff or any other responsible employee,we reserve the rights to terminate the holiday arrangements.This is only if the actions of the client causes distress,damage,danger or annoyance.

If an act against the laws of the destination counrty happens,the aggreement will no longer be valid but without prejudice to our rights and those of the owner of the yacht.You and your party carry full responsibility in such a situation and you will answer to the Authorities.


Our aim is to provide you with the best holiday,but if something goes wrong please report to The Base Manager as soon as possible and he will try to solve the problem on the spot.If you are not satisfied,please telephone us to find out further advice and assistance.

Should your complaint is not resolved please write to us immediately and please do that in between 28 days after your holiday.This contract is made on terms of the Booking Conditions and it is governed in all respects by English Law and shall submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Fethiye chamber of commerce and industry
